We’ve upgraded payment links to help you showcase your work and collect the details you need to fulfil orders — with fewer messages back and forth.
One‑time payment links: collect details and show your work
Create a one‑time link that gathers your client’s essentials up front and displays your work clearly.
- Collect client details: Name, Email, Phone, Address (choose which fields to include).
- Images: attach up to three images per link; your client sees a gallery on the payment page.
- Supported image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
Address behaviour:
If you toggle Collect address, the address becomes required for your client at checkout — ideal for shipping or on‑site service confirmations.
Great for: tradespeople sharing before/after shots, freelancers adding proofs/deliverables, boutiques confirming custom orders.
Reusable links: galleries, one video embed, and delivery addresses
For “Sell products or services” and “Clients choose what to pay” links, you can now:
- Add a gallery of up to three photos (JPG/JPEG/PNG/GIF).
- Embed one video per link from YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or TikTok — perfect for demos, reels and walk‑throughs.
- Collect the client’s address for delivery; when enabled, it’s required at checkout.

Best‑practice tips to boost conversion
Lead with your strongest image. Use bright, well‑lit photos with a clean background. Show scale or context where helpful.
Keep videos short and focused. Aim to demonstrate the outcome or key benefit in the first few seconds. Ensure the video is publicly viewable.
Set clear expectations. Include delivery timeframes, what’s included (and what isn’t), and any after‑care in the description.
Use the address toggle only when needed. For digital goods, keep checkout friction low by leaving address off. For physical goods or on‑site services, switch it on so the address is collected and required.
Proof of work builds trust. Several images can reduce disputes and speed up approval.
