GoSolo Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 30 April 2025

Welcome to the GoSolo Referral Program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our referral program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to current GoSolo users in good standing.
Referrals must be new users who have never previously held a GoSolo account.
Only personal, direct referrals are permitted unless otherwise approved under our Affiliate Partner Program.

2. How to Refer

Participants can share their unique referral link found in their GoSolo account under "Recommend us."
Referral links must be shared through personal communication. Public posting (e.g., forums, discount sites, social media) is not allowed unless specifically approved by GoSolo.

3. Referral Fee

A referral fee of £50 will be awarded to the Referrer once the following conditions are met:

The Referee fully completes onboarding for GoSolo Business, including:
- Completing ID verification,
- Passing all relevant compliance and risk checks,
- Accepting GoSolo's Terms and Conditions.
The Referee tops up their GoSolo Business account with a minimum of £100 within one (1) month of account opening and maintains a minimum balance of £100 for a continuous 30-day period.
The reward will be credited to the Referrer’s GoSolo account within 30 days after all above conditions are satisfied.

4. Prohibited Activities

Referrals will be disqualified and fees withheld if:

You create multiple GoSolo accounts.
You invite individuals with existing or duplicate accounts.
You refer yourself using alternative contact details.
You refer fake or fictitious identities.
You use deceptive or unethical means to participate.
You spam or share the link with unconsenting individuals.
You publicly promote the referral link without express written permission.

5. Affiliate Partner Program

Users or businesses wishing to refer others on a larger scale (e.g., through websites, influencers, educators) must apply to GoSolo’s Affiliate Partner Program by contacting: we@gosolo.net.

6. Disputes and Abuse

GoSolo reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral fees in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
GoSolo is the sole arbiter in such cases and its decision will be final.

7. Tax Implications

Referral rewards may be considered taxable income.
Participants are responsible for reporting such earnings to HMRC or other tax authorities.

8. Changes to the Program

GoSolo may amend or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
Changes will be published on our website and, where feasible, communicated via email.

9. Data Protection

By participating, you confirm you have the consent of any person you refer to provide their information to GoSolo.
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
