It’s happening: GoSolo has been selected to join the Google for Startups Fund 🎉
This programme is all about helping startups like ours do what we do best - build amazing tools for entrepreneurs. Now, thanks to Google’s support, we’re not just getting a financial boost but gaining access to mentorship, resources, and a global network that will help us grow smarter and faster.
So, what does this funding actually mean?
In short: more support for us and an even better experience for you.
Here’s what we’re getting through this programme:
✅ Financial help (no equity taken) — Google’s Ukraine Support Fund provides equity-free funding. That means they’re not taking a share of our company; they’re simply giving us a boost to do more for our users.
✅ Mentorship and product support from Google — We’ll be working directly with Google’s startup mentors, product experts, and cloud teams. They’ll help us refine GoSolo, make it even more useful, and ensure that what we’re building really works for you.
✅ Cloud credits and extra resources to grow faster — Up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits, which means we can scale faster and keep things running smoothly, no matter how many of you join us.
Why is this important?
Because GoSolo was built with one big goal: to make it easy for anyone — no matter where they live — to launch and grow a small business in the UK.
We know how tricky it can be to set up a business in a new country. All the paperwork, all the jargon, all the endless back-and-forth with banks and accountants — it’s enough to make anyone want to give up. But that’s exactly what we wanted to fix.
We built GoSolo to be different: a simple, all-in-one tool to help you open your UK Ltd company, get a business account, and start getting paid — without any of the usual headaches.
So how did we get here?
When we launched GoSolo, we didn’t have endless resources. We were a small, scrappy team with a big idea: that starting a business shouldn’t be so complicated.

👉 More payment tools — We know that getting paid is the lifeblood of any small business. So we’re building out our payment tools: reusable payment links, payment links with open amounts and more — all included, no hidden fees.
👉 Lower card processing fees — With Interchange++, you'll save more on each transaction compared to other providers like Stripe, Revolut, or high-street banks.
