One of the biggest challenges that businesses face nowadays is having a long list of apps to sign up to in order to run a business: a business bank app, an invoicing app, an expenses app, a marketing app and so on.
GoSolo’s long-term goal is to alleviate the pain of running a business by having all the necessary tools required for a business available inside a single app. This is why we have built Invoicing functionality as part of GoSolo toolkit - not as an extra service you have to pay for but available to you straight away after you join GoSolo.
We think it only makes sense that invoices and business payments sit together within a single app. It makes it a lot easier to keep track of both your sales revenue and expenses, and also to do yearly accounting and reporting.
We have also now introduced a new feature to our GoSolo app which auto-matches Invoices raised via GoSolo to the incoming payments.
How does it work?
The best part is that you don’t have to do anything! As long as your customer includes the correct reference number of the invoice (found next to the bank account details in the invoice) when sending a payment to you, GoSolo app will automatically match the payment to the invoice. Once matched, you will be able to see the details of the invoice next to the payment. If there was an error in matching, you can also visit the Invoice page to “unmatch” it from the transaction (note that this action is irreversible).
